Beautiful New Composite Fence & Landscape Upgrade

The Sunshine Services team recently completed a project that combined both function and curb appeal. We began by drilling and setting aluminum posts in concrete to create a solid foundation for a 66-foot span of Mondaria Composite Fence (Brown). Once cured, the posts were anchored, and the fence was finished with top trim and caps for a polished look.

To tie this Fence and Landscape project in Onalaska together, we installed gray bullet edgers along both the existing white fence and the new composite fence, ensuring a cohesive design for future landscaping. We then added Typar weed fabric for long-term weed control, planted new greenery—including arborvitae—and enhanced the beds with a mix of mulch, cobblestone, and river rock.

The result is a durable fence and beautifully refreshed landscape that offers privacy, structure, and year-round style.

Fence and Landscape Project Location: Onalaska, WI
Job Description:

Drill holes 3' deep for aluminum posts every 6' along a 66' fence span.
Fill holes with concrete and allow to cure for 2 days before attaching aluminum posts.
Anchor aluminum posts to the cured concrete piers.
Install Mondaria Composite Fence (Brown) paneling between posts.
Finish fence with top trim and caps.
Dig trench and install Bullet Edgers (Gray) along the white fence and new composite fence (to match future projects).
Install Typar weed fabric in designated areas.
Plant desired plants (including arborvitae) in designated areas.
Install mulch and rock in designated areas, using 6"-10" cobblestone for depth in landscape beds, with river rock filling surrounding areas.
